The Benefits of an Investigation

There are large number of reasons to get us out to your property/business location, these include:

Reports—As part of our investigation one of our team members would research the location to obtain relevant history and any reports of activity. A copy of our written report would be handed over to the client after the evidence review and further historical research has been completed. This report includes the History, what we did during our investigations, results of any experiments we conducted. A full report from a past investigation is HERE (Depending on the report used some information has been taken out to protect the clients identity)

Peace of mind—If there has been paranormal activity going on for a little while having us ion site may give the client reassurance that they are not going crazy. Attractions—Business locations maybe able to turn any stories into verified activity into an attraction and host ghost tours and haunted events with some verified activity. For an example there are numerous tourist attractions in Edinburgh that regularly have ghost tours and various hotels that host haunted weekend events.

Debunking of Activity—we will listen to any claims of activity and try to come up with alternate reasons for this activity. If someone gets a fright or has heard a story about a location and something slightly strange happens it’s very easy to think it’s a ghost without really looking for alternatives explanations. We will look at and try to come up with alternative reasons as to why something has happened. SPI will never deny a client’s belief in the activity that is happening in their premises. In the debunking part of our investigations we are merely making alternative suggestions that could explain the activity.

Haunted / Not Haunted Verdict – It is easier to declare a location as haunted with a couple of pieces of good evidence than a place not haunted with 1 quiet visit. The potential spirits may not perform for us on command and as such we prefer to have several visits to the same location, this gives them more of a chance to do something while we are here and it will let us build a better case over time.
